This calendar week equally purpose of my MATH Workshop (see hither to read to a greater extent than nigh how I teach math), the students worked on THINGS THAT COME IN GROUPS.
I created this resource to heighten our math curriculum.
Students brainstorm things that come upward inward groups of unlike numbers:
Example:
2 - mittens, shoes, earrings, nostrils
3 - sides on a triangle, wheels on a tricycle
4- bases on a baseball game field, vertices on a quadtrilateral
etc.

Then they use these lists to write as well as solve discussion problems.
Which I brand into a bulletin board display as well as ultimately into a degree book.
