If your Aadhaar Card is not linked to your phone number, then you'll have to fill out the paper demat account opening form in order to open an account. Just print, fill out, sign and send us the paper forms via courier to our office address. Ensure that you attach the cheques for the accounts that you wish to open

What documents do I need to open an account offline?

The documents required to open an account are offline are listed below: 

1. photographa-One. Paste on the KYC form and sign across it.
2. Aadhaar Card-1 copy, self-attested or complete your EKYC using our online application form
3. PAN Card-1 copy, self-attested
4. Address Proof-1 copy, self-attested - (Driving License, Voter ID, Passport, Aadhar Card, Bank Statement, etc. - any one)
5. Income Proof-1 copy, self-attested - (Latest salary slip, ITR, Form 16, 6-month bank statement, etc. - any one) - Needed only Futures & Options (Eq + MCX)
6. Canceled Check-Cheque should have your name printed on it, if not please your latest Bank Statement

Write below details on a paper and attach it with the forms

1.Account Holders Name

2. Maiden Name (Only for females)

3. Occupation

4. Annual Income

5. Married or UnMarried

6.Mother's Name

Step-5

1.PAN Card

2.Address Proof -(Adhar card / Voter ID / Passport / Bank statement with address / Electricity Bill / Govt Add Proof) - any one

Note: The name on address proof should be exactly same as that on PAN Card

If name match - Provide self declaration letter by bank / attesting authority

3.Income Proof (6 months bank statement / 1 month Salary Slip / latest IT return / latest Form 16) - any one

4.Cancelled Check - (Name should be printed on check)

Note: If name not printed - provide bank passbook first page photocopy (xerox) / bank statement with IFSC code & MICR code.
